Talk Therapy

Talk Therapy provides access to high-quality, convenient, and confidential mental health services, so you can get the support you need, while improving your overall health. All medical providers within the Talk Therapy national network are licensed professional counselors, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and other equivalent professionals. Talk Therapy services are used to identify mental health concerns such as:

The medical provider works directly with you to develop a treatment plan that addresses your specific needs with mutually agreed upon goals. This outcome-based care is built into the program with the Behavioral Health Assessment, an optional multi-dimensional assessment tool that benchmarks progress and improvement.

The Talk Therapy program addresses these concerns, and all Talk Therapy services are available for adults ages 18+.

Sessions are scheduled for 50-minutes, as often as needed, based upon your schedule and the medical professional’s availability. The frequency and scheduling of your appointments will be discussed with your medical provider.

Telepsychiatry

Telepsychiatry is a form of behavioral therapy that dives deeper into your mental health concerns, while providing more extensive treatment and medication options than Talk Therapy. The psychiatric providers within the telepsychiatry network help resolve your concerns and specialize in the diagnosis/treatment of mental health issues, often working with therapists to provide comprehensive care. All the psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners are board-certified, state-licensed and credentialed in accordance with NCQA guidelines. Telepsychiatry services are used to treat conditions such as:

Your psychiatric provider will design a treatment plan that may include talk therapy, medications, lab work, psychosocial interventions, and other treatments, depending on your needs.

  • Have depression or anxiety taken a toll on your mental state?
  • Have you been Diagnosed with Bi-Polar disorder or another mood disorder
  • Are you having difficulties to communicate with the people closest to you?
  • Do you struggle with an alcohol or drug addiction and don’t know where to go for help?

Telepsychiatry addresses these concerns, and more for adults ages 18+.

The initial telepsychiatry consultation is a 45-minute session, with follow ups as needed, based upon your schedule and the medical professional’s availability. The frequency and scheduling of your appointments or treatments will be discussed with your medical provider.

Teen Therapy

The Teen Teletherapy program gives parents access to the mental healthcare their children need – and gives you the peace of mind you crave. These consultations are held by therapists who specialize in child and adolescent therapy and are all state-licensed and credentialed in accordance with the NCQA guidelines. Teen Therapy services are used address concerns such as:

The therapist works with you and your child to design a detailed treatment plan with benchmarks and scheduled check-ins to ensure the treatment is effective.

These services are available for children ages 10 – 17.

According to the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services, one in five adolescents has a diagnosable mental health disorder, and nearly one in three show signs of depression, and at least 85% of youth in need of treatment do not get it.  Virtual Teen Therapy allows children an outlet to really open up and address pressing matters in their life, as they are often more comfortable discussing issues virtually vs. in person. set your child up for success to navigate the challenges of growing up, and beyond!

Teen Therapy appointments are 50-minute sessions and are on-going as desired, based upon your schedule and the medical professional’s availability. The frequency and scheduling of your appointments should be discussed with your medical provider. 25-minute sessions may be offered if you and the provider feels issues can be handled in shorter sessions.

Please note, parent/guardian participation is required for the first consultation between the therapist and adolescent.

Virtual Behavioral Health Care is offered bundled with our Virtual Primary Care package. Prices for these bundles are between $24-$54/month.

Per Visit fees for Talk Therapy are $0 or $25 per visit based on your package.

Psychiatry visits are $99 for a 15-minute session, or $229 for a 45-minute session.

The program is available to you, your spouse or domestic partner, and dependents between the ages of 10 and 26.

Behavioral Health therapy appointments are held via phone or video calls wherever you have internet or cell service, and can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm local time. Many patients can meet with a Therapist in as little as 24 hours of requesting an appointment.  You can choose your provider based on their services, location, and availability.
